Started in 2002 by Libby Kachmor, CCS has grown primarily through word of mouth. A full-time instructor at Coastal Carolina Community College, Libby has taught hundreds of students how to design and maintain their own web sites. She is proficient in the use of Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Flash. Libby obtained her Bachelor's from Elon University and then went on to receive a Master's in Technical Communication from Rensaelaer Polytechnic Institute, (RPI).

Currently, she is the Web Development Director for Coastal Carolina Community College.

John Kachmor retired from United Technologies as a Financial Manager. He has a MBA from University of Connecticut, a Masters in Finance, (RPI) and a Masters in Computer Science, (RPI). He also is the web design engineer. John meets with clients to determine their site needs based on their business requirements and how the information should flow from one section to another. Then he provides a preliminary estimate or a formal proposal.
