Started in 2002 by Libby Kachmor, CCS grew primarily through word of mouth. A full-time instructor at Coastal Carolina Community College, Libby has taught hundreds of students how to design and maintain their own web sites. She is proficient in the use of Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Flash. Libby obtained her Bachelor's from Elon University and then went on to receive a Master's in Technical Communication from Rensaelaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).

Currently, she is the Web Design Director for Coastal Carolina Community Collge.

John Kachmor retired from United Technologies as a Financial Manager. He has a MBA from University of Connecticut, a Masters in Finance (Rennselaer Polytech Institute), and a Masters in Computer Science (RPI). He also is the web design engineer. John meets with clients to determine their site needs based on thier business, how the information should flow from one section to another, and provides initial esitmates on cost.
